1. Information we process and why

Depending on the features you use, we may process the following information:

• Account information: email address, user ID, display name or nickname, authentication tokens, and account status — for sign-in, account operation, identification, and support.
• Learning and usage data: learning language and settings, progress, vocabulary/sentence/test records, AI conversation inputs and outputs, saved learning content, and service usage history — for personalized learning, history, and service improvement.
• Voice and audio: microphone input, speech-recognition results, AI voice-conversation audio, and call/class audio streams — for speech recognition, speaking practice, AI conversation, and voice/video classes or calls.
• Photos, images and camera data: images you capture or select, QR-code camera input, and images attached to chats or learning materials — for QR scanning, workbook/audiobook/material creation, attachments, and class features.
• Chat and call data: chat user IDs, messages, attachments, call/class session IDs and states, and real-time audio/video — for support, classes, chat, and calling.
• Device and technical data: app-instance or device identifiers, IP address, device/OS/app version, network status, access/error logs, and push tokens — for security, diagnostics, notifications, device/account binding, and abuse prevention.
• Purchase/subscription data: product ID, purchase token/receipt, transaction status, and subscription status — to verify Google Play purchases and entitlements. We do not directly collect your full payment-card number from Google Play.

We do not sell personal information.

2. Device permissions

• Microphone: speech recognition, AI conversation, speaking practice, voice/video classes, and calls.
• Camera: QR scanning, capturing learning materials, image input, and video-class features.
• Photos/storage: selecting user-chosen images/materials and saving generated files or screenshots.
• Notifications: learning, chat, class, call, and service notifications.

3. Voice and AI processing

Depending on the feature, speech may be converted to text before transmission, or audio may be streamed in real time to our servers or external speech/AI providers. We therefore do not represent that all voice processing occurs only on the device.

Text, voice, conversation context, selected language, and technical session data may be processed to provide speech recognition, AI responses, translation, text-to-speech, pronunciation practice, and conversational learning. We do not sell voice data.

Some real-time features do not require us to persistently store raw audio; however, temporary buffering or logs may occur, and external providers may retain data according to their policies and our service configuration. User-saved recordings or content may be stored when needed to provide that feature.

4. Service providers and international processing

Depending on the selected feature or AI/voice mode, necessary data may be processed by some of the following providers, including on servers outside Korea:

• Account and learning data: retained while needed for the account and service, then deleted after account deletion, a valid deletion request, or fulfillment of the purpose, unless law requires retention.
• Conversation and learning history: may be retained to provide history features and deleted after a deletion request, account deletion, or when no longer needed.
• Voice and real-time media: raw streams used only for real-time processing are handled for the time needed to provide the feature; temporary retention by us or providers may occur for operation, security, or error handling.
• Purchase records: may be retained for periods required by applicable e-commerce or accounting laws.
• Security and error logs: retained only as long as reasonably necessary for diagnostics, security, and abuse prevention, then deleted or de-identified.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent. Use an applicable in-app function when available, or contact mybeyondcoding@gmail.com.

When an account-deletion request is completed, personal information linked to the account that is no longer needed is deleted, except information that must be retained for legal obligations, purchase/dispute handling, or legitimate security reasons.

We use safeguards such as protected network transmission, access controls, secure storage of authentication information, appropriate encryption, administrative access restrictions, and security/log review.

• 设备与技术信息：应用实例或设备标识、IP 地址、设备/系统/应用版本、网络状态、访问与错误日志、推送令牌。
• 购买与订阅信息：商品 ID、购买令牌/收据、交易状态和订阅状态，用于验证 Google Play 购买和权益。我们不会从 Google Play 直接收集完整的支付卡号。

我们不出售个人信息。

• 麦克风：语音识别、AI 会话、口语练习、语音/视频课程和通话。
• 摄像头：二维码扫描、拍摄学习资料、图片输入和视频课程。
• 照片/存储：读取用户主动选择的图片和学习资料，或保存生成的文件和截图。
• 通知：学习、聊天、课程、通话和服务通知。

3. 语音与 AI 数据处理

根据功能不同，语音可能先转换成文字再传输，也可能以实时音频流的方式发送至我们的服务器或外部语音/AI 服务商。因此，并非所有语音处理都只在设备本地完成。

文本、语音、对话上下文、所选语言及必要的会话技术信息可能用于语音识别、AI 回复、翻译、语音合成和口语学习。我们不出售语音数据。

4. 外部服务商与跨境处理

根据所选功能或 AI/语音模式，必要数据可能由以下部分服务商处理，并可能在韩国以外的服务器上处理：

账户与学习数据在提供服务所需期间保存，并在账户删除、有效删除请求或处理目的完成后删除；法律要求保存的资料除外。实时语音/媒体仅在提供功能所需期间处理，但我们或外部服务商可能为运营、安全或错误处理进行临时保存。购买记录可按适用法律要求保存。

您可以请求查阅、更正、删除、停止处理或撤回同意。可使用应用内提供的相关功能（如有），或发送邮件至 mybeyondcoding@gmail.com。
